Lab’Attoir, the new cultural venue in Thessaloniki, will host a vast variety of Greek products such as extra virgin olive oil, olives, olive oil delicatessen products, and olive oil based personal care products.
Visitors will have the opportunity to learn about all these products, to be introduced to the art of olive oil tasting at the “Olive Oil Bar” and participate in various parallel events. Well-known chefs will present recipes using olive oil and specialists will talk about the different uses of olive oil and its importance in nutrition and in the Mediterranean diet.
Highly anticipated are the exhibition’s Public Awards; visitors will be given the chance not only to taste but also to vote for their favourite products. The best rated products will be announced during a special ceremony.
The Gourmet Olive Exhibition is held under the auspices and with the support of the Municipality of Thessaloniki and the Greek International Business Association.
