The 3rd Specialist Awards Gourmet Exhibition is proud to announce a new tasting venue, the Deli Bar. 

All About Greek Honey. Taste different honeys from all over Greece. Varieties, sugars, flavors, colors, all in harmony! The liquid sweet gold of our land. Five exclusive tastings just for honey. Sunday at 16:30 the tasting will be held in English.

Pickled vegetables,spreads & vegan delicacies! An event dedicated to traditional Greek snacks and delicacies of the Macedonia region especially consumed during the Easter lent. Delicacies that are popular all year round. 

Two exclusive tastings of Greek chocolates will be offered on Sunday 7/4 and Monday 8/4. Step by step indulgance; aromas, texture, and creative ideas. Maybe the most popular tasting of all!  

Most alluring tastings of beverages and Greek herbal teas will be offered on Sunday 7/4 and Monday 8/4. Rose petals, mountain tea, sage, lemon verbena, mint, energy herbal blends, organic. A real treat streight from the wealth of the Greek soil! 

American Farm School students will lead the tasting of their recent innovations: snail filet, sweet mushrooms and pickled mushrooms. We will also learn the history of the first pasteurized milk in Greece by AFS Library and Historical Archives Director.  

Theodoros Pastourmatzis, FoodScriber, selects the products of 10 producers. They all have a story to tell. Theodoros unfolds their stories while you taste their products that showcase the dynamics of contemporary Greek gastronomy.

One session of pairing lunch and deli meats together with a variety of spreads and chutneys all produced by our artisan producers. 

One session of icecream tasting by ‘Kassandra Olive Oil Icecream’,on Sunday 7/4! Innovation at its best: icecream with PDO early harvest Chalkidiki olive oil in all flavors. Taste olive oil icecream flavored with honey, wine, peanuts and more!
