Cooking Shows
To highlight the total olive experience of the 2nd Specialist Awards Gourmet Exhibition, a series of cooking shows and cooking lessons on the Mediterranean cuisine will feature the products exhibited. Renowned chefs will cook using the products exhibited.
During each day of the food exhibition, famous chefs will present on site inspiring recipes from all over Greece. Products exhibited in the fair will be featured in modern and traditional recipes.
